  • 1 12 cups semisweet chocolate pieces (9 ounces)
  • 23 cup butter
  • 13 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 34 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

    Grease and flour a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; set aside.

    In the top of a double boiler, over simmering water, melt chocolate pieces and butter.

    Stir in coffee until well combined.

    Cool to room temperature.

    In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs with electric mixer until foamy.

    Add the granulated sugar and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Reduce speed; beat in chocolate mixture.

    Stir in flour.

    Spread in the prepared pan.

    Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 minutes.

    Cool in pan on a wire rack.
