  • 3 cans tuna
  • 12 mushrooms natural
  • 1 strip bacon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 100 milliliters cream 100 ml
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 6 parsley sprigs
  • olive oil
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cut the bacon into small cubes or strips, and fry in a skillet in its own fat. Add the parsley, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and add the well washed, drained, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until golden.

    Add the well drained tuna, and mix.

    In a bowl, mix the cream with the milk, and add the curry, stirring well until completely dissolved. Add the curry mixture to the skillet, and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with a little bit of salt. Let boil, and simmer. If it starts to get too dry, add a little more milk.
