- 3 cans tuna
- 12 mushrooms natural
- 1 strip bacon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 100 milliliters cream 100 ml
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 6 parsley sprigs
- olive oil
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cut the bacon into small cubes or strips, and fry in a skillet in its own fat. Add the parsley, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and add the well washed, drained, and sliced mushrooms. Cook until golden.

2Add the well drained tuna, and mix.

3In a bowl, mix the cream with the milk, and add the curry, stirring well until completely dissolved. Add the curry mixture to the skillet, and mix well. Adjust the seasoning with a little bit of salt. Let boil, and simmer. If it starts to get too dry, add a little more milk.
