Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk or 2/3 c. light cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 6 oz. noodles, cooked and drained
Directions

1Cook onion until tender but not brown.

2Add soup, milk and cheese.

3Heat and stir.

4Break tuna in chunks; add with remaining ingredients.

5Pour into a greased casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

6Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.

7Top with minced parsley and ripe olives.

8Pass lemon wedges.
