- 2 cans (7 oz.) tuna
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Directions

1Combine tuna, soup, egg yolks, crumbs, onion, parsley and lemon juice.

2Fold in egg whites.

3Turn into well-greased loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
