  • 1 puff pastry
  • 3 cans tuna
  • 4 9/16 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 7/8 cup mozzarella grated
  • garlic powder as needed
  • salt as needed
  • chives as needed

Directions

    Put the eggs in a large saucepan of salted water. Bring to a boil.

    When eggs are half cooked, add the broccoli and corn. Do not overcook.

    In a large bowl, add the well drained tuna. Add the mayonnaise, season with garlic powder, and add a bit of finely chopped chives.

    Drain the broccoli, corn, and eggs.

    Peel the eggs.

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    Add the broccoli and corn to the tuna, and mix well.

    Spread this mixture on the bottom of a rectangular baking pan.

    Spread the sliced eggs on top, and cover with grated cheese.

    Spread the puff pastry on top, and make some light creases with a knife.
