  • 2/3 c. 1% cottage cheese
  • 2/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 (6-inch) pita pockets, cut in half
  • 1 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts

    Process cottage cheese until smooth; add next 6 ingredients. Bake in 350° oven.
