Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz.) can tuna, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 3 eggs or Egg Beaters
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, partially baked
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onion with tops
  • parsley
  • lemon slices

Directions

    Sprinkle tuna, Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie shell. Sprinkle onions and pimento in pie shell.

    Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over tuna.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Garnish with parsley and lemon.
