- 1 (13 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 3 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, partially baked
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion with tops
- parsley
- lemon slices
Directions

1Sprinkle tuna, Swiss cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie shell. Sprinkle onions and pimento in pie shell.

2Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over tuna.

3Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.

4Garnish with parsley and lemon.
