  • 2 cans tuna fish
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 slices French bread
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 oz. butter
  • 1 medium tomato, grated
  • 1 medium onion, grated

Directions

    In a small bowl, beat the eggs.

    Soak the bread with the milk. In a pan, saute the onion and tomatoes in butter.

    Mix all these ingredients with the tuna fish.

    Bring to oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
