Tuna-Tomato Pie

  • 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained
  • 1 md. tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

    Heat oven to 400F.

    In greased 9-inch pie plate scatter tuna, tomato, cheese and basil.

    In medium bowl stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended; pour into pie plate.

    Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool 5 minutes.

    Serve.
