- 1 can (6 oz.) tuna, drained
- 1 md. tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2In greased 9-inch pie plate scatter tuna, tomato, cheese and basil.

3In medium bowl stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended; pour into pie plate.

4Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Cool 5 minutes.

6Serve.
