  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 tsps. minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup green/red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 3-4 tsps. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2-1 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Add oil to skillet on medium heat.

    Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ground turkey to hot skillet and cook until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

    Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, and seasonings.

    Stir and let simmer for 30-45 minutes.
