- 1 c. diced cooked turkey
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- garlic salt
- bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 can (10 oz.) mushroom gravy
- 1/2 c. drained, cooked tomatoes
Directions

1In saucepan cook onion, pepper, garlic and bay leaf in oleo until pepper is tender.

2Stir in remaining ingredients except rice.

3Heat.

4Remove bay leaf and serve over rice.
