Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1 1/2 lb. turkey cutlets, cut in strips
- 4 medium size tomatoes (1 1/2 lb.)
- 2 green onions (scallions)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry basil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Put cutlets in a baking dish; pour wine over and set aside. Dice tomatoes and slice onions.

2Remove cutlets from wine. (Reserve wine and add water to equal 1/3 cup.)

3In skillet cook cutlets in olive oil.

4Turn until brown.

5Remove to a warm platter. To drippings add tomatoes, onions, basil and sugar.

6Mix cornstarch and wine and add to tomato mixture.

7Boil until thick and pour over turkey.
