   twist oreo open so all the cream is on one side

   set the reese cup upside down on top if oreo with cream
3. 3
   cover the plain half of the oreo with frosting and fan 5 candy corn as seen in the pucture

   place the whopper in the middle of the frosting and squeeze on little frosting eyes

   use a little frosting to stick on another candy corn to create the beak

   with a little more frosting adhere the two halfs and enjoy
