- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 4 flour tortillas (12in)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F.

2Cook turkey and onions in a sauce pan.

3Add cooked rice to meat.

4Add about a cup of enchilada sauce to the meat, and a half cup of cheese.

5Put the meat mixture on your tortillas and roll them up.

6Put a half cup of enchilada sauce into square cake pan, set enchiladas flap down in the sauce.

7Top with remaining cheese and pop in the oven until warm and bubbly.
