- 1/4 c. chili sauce
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. uncooked oats
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 2 scallions
- 1 lb. raw ground turkey
- 1/2 c. frozen corn kernels
Directions

1Whisk 1/2 cup water, chili sauce, egg, mustard and chili powder in a bowl.

2Stir in oats; let stand 5 minutes.

3Add turkey, bell peppers, scallions and frozen corn to oat mixture.

4Mix lightly.

5Shape into loaf; put in loaf pan.

6Bake 40 minutes. Spread rest of chili on loaf.

7Bake 10 minutes longer.
