  • 1 pkg. turkey cutlet
  • flour (to flour cutlets)
  • sm. box fresh mushrooms
  • oil
  • 1/4 bottle Marsale cooking wine

Directions

    Flour cutlets; fry in oil until light brown.

    Slice mushrooms and fry in same pan as cutlets-add wine to mushrooms, and let stand a minute or two so mushrooms get wine flavor.

    Pour cutlets in mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.
