- sm. box fresh mushrooms
- oil
- 1/4 bottle Marsale cooking wine
Directions

1Flour cutlets; fry in oil until light brown.

2Slice mushrooms and fry in same pan as cutlets-add wine to mushrooms, and let stand a minute or two so mushrooms get wine flavor.

3Pour cutlets in mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.
