Turkey Pot Pie

- 2 pre-made pie crusts (if frozen, thaw before using)
- 1 1/4 lb. cooked, cubed turkey
- 1 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°. Line a greased 9-inch pie pan with one crust.

2Set aside.

3In boiling water, boil the potatoes, carrots and onion for 2 minutes; drain. Combine all vegetables and turkey with soup and milk. Pour filling into pie pan. Top with second crust. Seal and crimp edges.

4Slit top of crust to vent and bake for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Allow to settle for about 15 minutes before cutting.
