  • 2 deep-dish pie crusts, frozen
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 (0.87 oz.) envelope turkey or chicken gravy mix
  • 2 c. cooked and cubed turkey or chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine evaporated milk, gravy mix, turkey, vegetables and thyme.

    Pour into one frozen pie crust.

    Break or crumble remaining frozen pie crust into very small pieces.

    Toss with shredded cheese.

    Sprinkle over top of pie.

    Bake in preheated 400° oven on a preheated baking sheet 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
