- 1 pkg. turkey breast filets
- 1 box cornbread stuffing mix made according to directions
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 egg
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Directions

1Place 1/2 of the turkey filets in baking dish (13 x 9 inch).

2Make stuffing and add in onion, sage, egg and bread crumbs.

3More or possibly less bread crumbs may be used to make stuffing thick sufficient to mold.

4Dip stuffing onto center of turkey.

5Pull sides of filets up around stuffing to make a roll.

6Place remaining turkey on top and fasten with toothpicks to hold in place.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.

8While baking, mix lowfat milk and soup to gravy consistency.

9Pour over roll and bake an additional 15 to 20 min or possibly till thoroughly heated.
