  • 3 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. cooked, diced turkey
  • 3 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 c. broth
  • 1/3 c. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. sausage seasoning

Directions

    Sift flour, salt and baking powder together; cut in the fat, then add the chopped parsley. Add milk to make a soft dough; knead lightly. Roll 1/2 inch thickness. Spread with cooked ground turkey which has been moistened with the stock in which the turkey was cooked. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut crosswise in 1 inch pieces. Bake in a hot oven at 400°. Serve with gravy over the tops of rolls. Makes 14 to 16 servings.
