Turkey Waldorf Pockets

  • 1/2 c. red grapes
  • 1/2 c. apple
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp. yogurt
  • 4 pita pockets
  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 lb. turkey breast

    Mix fruit, celery, mayonnaise and yogurt in medium bowl until well combined.

    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, or until youre ready to prepare your lunch.

    Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf and several slices of turkey.

    Stuff with a scoop of chilled fruit mixture.

    Wrap each pocket individually in plastic wrap.
