- 1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 can broken pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 300°.

2Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix cake according to directions.

4Divide in half.

5Pour 1/2 mix into pan.

6Mix together 1/2 can milk and 1 stick melted margarine. Pour over cake and bake for 30 minutes.

7Melt caramels with 1/2 can of milk and 1 stick margarine.

8Beat well.

9Pour over baked cake layer.

10Spread evenly and sprinkle with nuts.

11Pour remaining 1/2 cake batter in pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.

12Top with chocolate icing and nuts.
