- 1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Melt stick of butter.

2Saute onion; set aside to cool.

3In large bowl, combine both corns, corn muffin mix and 3 eggs.

4Add cooled onion mixture; mix well.

5Place in a casserole that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.

6Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
