- 3 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 7 to 8 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Fermigon instant yeast
Directions

1Mix water, sugar, oil and eggs together; set aside.

2In another bowl mix 2 tablespoons yeast in 4 cups flour.

3Add to water, sugar, oil and eggs.

4Mix together.

5Mix salt into 2 more cups flour and add to first mixture and mix together.

6Add rest of flour to make soft dough.

7Let raise 15 minutes.

8Knead; let raise 15 minutes more.

9Put in pans and let raise 1 hour or until double.

10Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

11Makes 48 small buns or 24 large buns.
