  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling hot water
  • 1/2 c. pear juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2 small pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 c. canned pears, diced

    Mix lime jello with boiling hot water. Add pear juice, salt and

    mixture in bottom of each mold, saving half in the refrigerator until set enough to whip with ginger

    and cream cheese.

    Fold in pears and pour into molds. Refrigerate.
