  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can black olives, drained and sliced
  • 6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
