Upside-Down Pumpkin Pie

- 2 (15 oz.) cans pumpkin pie filling
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 c. melted oleo
Directions

1In a large bowl blend together and place in an 8 x 14-inch pan the filling, sugar, spices, eggs and milk.

2Sprinkle over top of dry cake mix and nuts.

3Pour melted oleo over all.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°. If not done, turn off oven and let set for 10 minutes.
