- 1/2 cups Almonds
- 3 cups Rolled Oats
- 2- 1/4 cups Steel Cut Oats
- 1/2 cups Ground Flax
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cups Sesame Seeds
- 13 cups Vanilla Extract
- 13 cups Canola Oil
- 13 cups Brown Sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300 F.

2NOTE: You can make this without using the food processor.

3If so, just put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and proceed to step 2.

5In a food processor ground your almonds into small pieces, about 10 pulses.

6Add your rolled oats and process until small but not flour consistency.

7Add the rest of the dry ingredients (down to the sesame seeds on the above list) and pulse for about 10 pulses.

8Dump into a big bowl.

10In a small bowl, add your vanilla extract, canola oil and brown sugar.

11Whisk until combined.

12Pour over granola mixture and stir until everything is coated.

14On a baking sheet lined with parchment, add your granola.

15Bake for 20 minutes, use a spatula to flip everything over and bake for 20 more minutes, flip.

16Check it the last 10 minutes or so to make sure it doesnt burn.

18Turn the oven off and leave the granola in there to cool.

19I do this so my dogs dont get at it.

20Just make sure it doesnt get too crispy or just leave it on the counter to cool.

21Once cool, store in an air tight container.
