- 3 lb. veal cutlets
- 2 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. seasoned dressing mix (put through blender)
- 3 beaten eggs with a small amount of water
Directions

1Pat cutlets dry with paper towels.

2Dip in dressing crumbs and set aside for a few minutes on wax paper.

3Dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs.

4Fry in 1/4-inch of oil until browned.

5Place cutlets in casserole.
