Veal Cutlets

  • 3 lb. veal cutlets
  • 2 c. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. seasoned dressing mix (put through blender)
  • 3 beaten eggs with a small amount of water

Directions

    Pat cutlets dry with paper towels.

    Dip in dressing crumbs and set aside for a few minutes on wax paper.

    Dip in egg mixture and again in crumbs.

    Fry in 1/4-inch of oil until browned.

    Place cutlets in casserole.
