  • garbanzo beans (whatever you like) or white beans (whatever you like) or black beans (whatever you like)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon miso (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

    Place all ingredients in a food processor and whir until smooth.

    Spread on bread and top with sprouts, shredded carrots, tomatoes, lettuce, bell peppers or whatever you enjoy.
