  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, diced*
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced (optional)
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables*
