  • 16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (any kind)
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
  • 2/3 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 1/4 sticks melted oleo

Directions

    Cook and drain the frozen vegetables. Place in 8 x 8 casserole. Mix them with the cheese, mayo, onion and water chestnuts. Spread Ritz crackers on top, then drizzle melted oleo over the top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
