Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 roll Ritz crackers
  • 3/4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can drained white corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1/2 can diced water chestnuts

Directions

    Mix melted oleo and crackers together; set aside until later. Mix the next four ingredients together and set aside until later. Mix the next three items together and layer on bottom of the casserole dish.

    Top with soup mixture.

    Cover with cracker mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

    (Can be made ahead and frozen.)
