  • 20 oz. pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. diced celery

Directions

    Cook and drain vegetables.

    Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with mixture of 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine and crushed Ritz crackers.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes.
