- 1 large pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked as directed and drained
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Directions

1Mix 1/2 of the cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine. Spread in bottom of casserole dish.

2Mix vegetables, cheese, onion, celery and mayo in a bowl.

3Pour over cracker crumbs.

4Put remainder of crumbs on top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
