  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen carrots
  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 20 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. each: carrots, cauliflower and broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers, rolled and crumbled
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook the carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cube 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and mix with vegetables. Slice remaining 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese and place on top. Place the crackers on top. Melt oleo and drizzle over. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes (uncovered).
