  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions

    Drain and layer vegetables in order given in a baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, onion and cheese.

    Spread over layered vegetables.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Top with Ritz crackers, mixed with melted margarine.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
