- 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 (No. 2) can Veg-All
- 1 (No. 2) can LeSueur peas, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 tsp. margarine
- 2 pkg. crackers, crushed
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.

2Mix all ingredients.

3Put in casserole dish.

4Top with crackers and melted butter.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

6(Do not overbake.)
