- 1 bag (16 ounce.) frzn vegetables - cauliflower, broccoli, chestnuts
- 1 can golden brown cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Directions

1Thaw and drain frzn vegetables.

2Combine vegetables and 1/2 c. of cheese, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 of a can of onion rings.

3Put into 2 qt casserole and cover.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

5Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.

6Bake uncovered for 5 min.
