  • 1 bag (16 ounce.) frzn vegetables - cauliflower, broccoli, chestnuts
  • 1 can golden brown cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Thaw and drain frzn vegetables.

    Combine vegetables and 1/2 c. of cheese, lowfat sour cream, pepper and 1/2 of a can of onion rings.

    Put into 2 qt casserole and cover.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.

    Bake uncovered for 5 min.
