- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- Italian seasoning
- grated Mozzarella cheese
- Ricotta cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.

2Drain. Steam carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and yellow squash until tender.

3Drain.

4To vegetables, add cream of celery soup.

5Season with Italian seasoning.

6In baking dish, build layers of noodles, vegetables and grated Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese.

7Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

8Bake in 350° oven until cheese is bubbly and brown.
