- 2 c. zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 12 to 14 cooked Easy Crepes (recipe under Breads, Rolls & Pastries)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, saute zucchini, peas, celery and onion in butter for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

2Cover pan part of the cooking time.

3Stir in salt, oregano and garlic salt.
