  • 2 tubes (8 count each) crescent rolls
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. each: chopped bell pepper (optional), green onions, fresh tomatoes, broccoli, carrots and cauliflower

    Cover 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet with rolls.

    Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes or brown.

    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese and dressing mix.

    Spread over crust.

    Toss all vegetables and spread on cheese mixture.

    Sprinkle on 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese. Cover with Saran Wrap and press vegetables.
