  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. each: green pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese

    Grease a jelly roll pan or large cookie sheet.

    Pat crescent roll dough into pan.

    Bake in 350° oven about 10 minutes or until brown.

    Mix together cream cheese, dry dressing mix and mayonnaise.

    Spread on cooled, baked crust.

    Grate vegetables; sprinkle and layer with cheese over the cream cheese mixture and chill.

    Just before serving, slice into bite-size pieces and arrange on serving dish.
