- 2 lb. ground beef, browned
- salt and pepper
- 5 to 6 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 5 to 6 carrots, diced
- 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 (46 oz.) can water
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, sliced
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (5 lb.) bag frozen vegetables
Directions

1Brown and season ground beef.

2Mix together raw vegetables, tomato juice, water, tomato paste, canned tomatoes and sugar in large stew pan.

3Bring to a boil.

4Add ground beef and simmer until vegetables are tender.

5Serve.
