- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. grated carrot
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber
- 1/2 c. chopped, fresh tomato
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl.

2Add carrot, onion, pepper, cucumber and tomato; mix well.

3Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4Chill in refrigerator.
