- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayo or salad dressing
- 1 (1 oz.) envelope Ranch Style salad dressing mix
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz.)
- 1/2 c. each: finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, green pepper and tomato
Directions

1Unroll crescent rolls and place in bottom of an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan, pinching edges together to seal.

2Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes and cool.

3Combine cream cheese, mayo and salad dressing mix; beat until well blended.

4Spread mixture over crust.

5Sprinkle with cheese and vegetables.

6Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.

7Cut into 1 x 1 1/2-inch bites.
