- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent roll dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese (fat-free)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish*
- 4 c. chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, etc.)
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1First, separate sheets of crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; lay on a greased cookie sheet.

2Press and seal seams.

3Bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.

4Cool.

5Mix cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish until smooth; spread mixture over entire baked crust.

6Top with chopped raw vegetables (any substitutions will do).

7Pieces should be small.

8Top with grated cheese of your choice.
