  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese (fat-free)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish*
  • 4 c. chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, etc.)
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    First, separate sheets of crescent rolls into 4 rectangles; lay on a greased cookie sheet.

    Press and seal seams.

    Bake at 375° for 15 to 18 minutes.

    Cool.

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream and horseradish until smooth; spread mixture over entire baked crust.

    Top with chopped raw vegetables (any substitutions will do).

    Pieces should be small.

    Top with grated cheese of your choice.
