  • 2 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fat free Greek yogurt
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 roma tomato, sliced
  • 14 cup cauliflower floret
  • 2 tablespoons celery, sliced
  • 12 cup shredded cheddar cheese (fiesta mix)
  • 14 teaspoon paprika

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, yogurt, basil and garlic; spread over crust.

    Sprinkle with paprika, bake at 425 for 15 minutes till cheese is melted and crust is at desired crunchiness.
