Ingredients

  • 2 lb. venison, cubed
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. beer

Directions

    Slowly cook venison until tender (2 hours in oven).

    When done, mix in electric skillet the venison, flour, salt, pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, soy sauce and beer and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Serve hot over buttered egg noodles.
