- 2 lb. venison, cubed
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. beer
Directions

1Slowly cook venison until tender (2 hours in oven).

2When done, mix in electric skillet the venison, flour, salt, pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, soy sauce and beer and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Serve hot over buttered egg noodles.
