  • 3 lb. lean venison, sliced thin
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix liquid smoke, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper in large enough bowl to soak meat in overnight.

    Place in dehydrator or oven at 150° for 10 to 12 hours, or until desired dryness.
